What a great start to the New Year. 2011 has been a real year of physical changes for Janis and I. Both of us had Gastric Bypass surgery in January of 2011. I had mine on January 24 and she had hers on January 31. I have lost 190 pounds and she has lost 110 pounds. Needless to say our wardrobes have really changed. We are so thankful for this blessing to have better health.
One of the highlights of 2011 was the marriage of our grandbaby, Arianna to Jordan Freelan on December 30, 2011. We made the trip out early in order for Janis to make her famous coconut and cherry pie's. She made over a 100 'tart' shells filling them and serving them at the private reception. We had a wonderful time.
Watch the website for new updates. I really do need to fill my calendar for 2012. I have had to go to weekend revival plan as I have had to go to work to provide for my family. I can come on a Friday night, have a Saturday noon service, Saturday night and Sunday morning and if close to my home, a Sunday night service. This is the same number of services as the normal Sunday - Wednesday revival meeting. Please pray about having me in revival, preaching/singing on a special day or weekend, sing, play the piano, or do a concert. It is always an honor for me to serve in your church. Also, please consider recommending me to churches and pastor's that you know. The best advertising is still 'word of mouth'.
